Making homemade fresh whipped cream is simple and delightful! 


  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes prior to whipping the cream.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled mixing bowl.
  3. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the cream on medium-high speed until it starts to thicken.

  6. Gently fold the ingredients together until well-mixed.
